Fred has been with the Dean Auto Group for 5 years now. He started with us as a Service Advisor, promoted to Manager of our Pre-Owned location (Dean Honda in Pittsburgh) moved on to become the General Manager of CDJR of Greenville and is now back at Dean Honda as the Service Manager. Fred loves working for a family owned business. He loves that he gets to meet new people every day and get them in the perfect vehicle. Fred attended Grove City College where he got a degree in business management and played football. He has 10+ years of sales and management experience. When Fred isn't at work he loves spending time with his wife, kids and lifting weights.

With over 17 years of experience as a Service Advisor, John has been providing superior customer care at this location for the past 3 years now. Some of his main roles as Service Advisor are to greet customers, estimate vehicle repair costs, place orders, schedule appointments, and much more. When it comes to being Service Advisor, John says, “I like dealing with and helping customers on a daily basis.” Prior to working at Dean Honda, John was an Automotive Technician for 12 years! When John isn’t working, you can most likely catch him in the great outdoors or rooting for The Penguins with his spouse and two children!

Matthew (Matt) works in the Dean Honda Service Department as a Consultant, where he provides customers with reliable and courteous service. He enjoys learning about Honda vehicles and how they actually work. Prior to joining the Dean Honda team, Matt gained more than 20 years of sales experience and owned his own sales distributorship business for 15 years. In his time off, Matt can be found boxing, playing baseball, and spending time with his many nieces and nephews. He is also an active member of the Arbor Day Foundation.

Before switching to the automotive industry, Rob worked in banking for 25 years. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh and currently resides in Upper St. Clair. When he isn't at Dean Honda he volunteers with his church and enjoys walking, fishing and golfing.
