Meet Our Staff

As the General Manager, Nick oversees the entire dealership operations. He is able to meet and interact with all Dean Honda employees and customers and has met a lot of great people over the years. He enjoys talking about and working with cars and believes Honda has the best products of any vehicle manufacturer. He is proud to represent them. Nick has been a member of the Dean Honda team since 2007. Prior to that, he graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and from Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School. Nick currently lives in Pleasant Hills, and has lived in either Jefferson Borough or Pleasant Hills for most of his life. He is married and has three children, two sons and a daughter. His father owns Dean Honda, and he works at the dealership with his parents and three brothers. When he is not at work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and children, including traveling and other family-friendly activities. He also enjoys working out and distance running, competing in various 5k, 10k and half-marathon races.

Alex is one of the owners of Dean Auto Inc. which covers the areas of Pittsburgh all the way up to Conneaut Lake. He handles all vehicle purchasing. John "Paz" started as one our Sales and Leasing Consultants here at Dean Honda and has quickly climbed the ranks to being our General Manager of Pre-Owned Cars by the Dean. He has a Bachelors degree in Business from California University of Pennsylvania. This is his first time working in the Automotive industry and he loves interacting with and building new relationships with customers! Before coming to Dean Honda, John was a table games dealer at Rivers Casino for the last 10 years! John was born and raised in Elizabeth, PA which is where he currently resides! When he isn't at Dean Honda he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, golfing, traveling and watching sports!

Vincent (Vince) is our General Sales manager here are Dean Honda. Vince joined the Dean Honda Team as a Sales and Leasing Consultant in May 2016. His favorite part of his job is meeting our customers. Prior to this role, Vince graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He has held roles in sales at Nemacolin, marketing at Mountaineer and as a Pit Boss at Rivers Casino. He also started Pittmoss, LLC, which was featured on Shark Tank and Beyond the Tank! When he is not at work, Vince enjoys playing sports, fishing, camping and spending time outdoors. Vince is an entrepreneur and is always thinking of the next big thing!

In his role as the Dean Honda General Sales Manager, Tom is responsible for training new and current sales staff, scheduling, inventory management, interacting with customers with concerns, marketing, overseeing the business development department, and assisting with the new and pre-owned sales process. He has also completed numerous Honda Sales and Customer Service Training courses. Tom's favorite part of his role is meeting and interacting with new and established customers and earning a customer's confidence and trust. Tom is a graduate of Robert Morris College where he earned a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining Dean Honda, he worked in sales for Kraft and Nestle for 16 years. When he is not at work, Tom coaches and volunteers at school and church events at ST. Elizabeth Elementary School and Parish. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 kids and following Duquesne Basketball and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Tom has been a P.I.A.A. basketball official for the last 25 years.

Bob is one of our Senior Sales and Leasing Consultants here at Dean Honda. Bob has been in this business for almost 20 years. He loves helping customer and is always putting a smile on their faces. Before working in the Auto industry, Bob worked in the printing industry for 19 years. He. is from Monongahela, PA and currently lives in Charleroi, PA. When Bob isn't at Dean Honda he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing on Sundays with his amazing friends, and dirt biking on Wednesdays with his grandson.

In his role as a Sales and Leasing Consultant, John is responsible for assisting walk-in, internet and telephone customers with their car buying needs, as well as being the Customer Service Advocate for current Dean Honda customers whose sales person is no longer at Dean Honda. After graduating from Bethel Park High School, John received his Marketing Degree from Duquesne University, where he played on the golf team. He has also completed many sales courses, including entrepreneur courses at Duquesne University and Dale Carnegie Courses on leadership, sales and customer service. For the last 25 years, John owned his own business selling printing and bindery equipment and supplies. When he is not at Dean Honda, John can be found volunteering at Homestead Carnegie Library, playing platform tennis, golfing, following the Pirates, Penguins and Duquesne Basketball teams, or spending time with his wife, four children, four dogs, and one bird.

Bobby has been a Sales and Leasing Consultant with the Dean Honda team since 2014. His favorite part of his job is interacting with the other staff members at Dean Honda and the customers. Prior to this role, Bobby attended California University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree focusing in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. He has held roles in sales his entire professional career. He was a sales business representative for Verizon for 10 years and sales in medical equipment for a few years. When he is not at work, Bobby enjoys hanging out with his kids, friends, and family. He also enjoys watching sports.

Born and raised in McKeesport, Justine comes from a family of 13 and loves spending time with her family. Dan has been with Dean Honda for more than two decades, starting right after graduation from Robert Morris University with a dual major in marketing and accounting. He has experience in sales and service, and enjoys working for a family-owned business. Bethel Park is home to Dan, where he attends St. Louise de Marallac Parish. Dan and his wife Karen have two children, Megan and Kaitlyn. Dan is a passionate Pittsburgh Penguins fan, a private pilot, enjoys golf, and is a member of the Clairton and Library Sportsmen's Clubs.

Zac takes care of walk-in, telephone, and internet customers who are looking for a quality new or used Honda vehicle. He enjoys his work while, "definitely still learning about the business," and appreciates his many return clients. Zac has a degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh and came to Dean Honda in 2013, after working as a bank manager for seven years. This native of the West Mifflin neighborhood is black and gold through and through; a true Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates fan. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, camping, and hiking.

Frank is one of our Sales Consultants here at Dean Honda. He loves that he gets to meet new people every day and make them happy with their new vehicle purchases and that he gets to provide the ultimate customer service experience. Frank has been working in sales for 11 years in the telecommunications and solar industries. Frank is from Elizabeth, PA but currently resides in Rostraver Township, PA. He is a father of two boys and enjoys spending his free time biking, hiking, canoeing, playing baseball and wrestling.

Kailash or "Kai" is one of our Sales and Leasing Consultants here at Dean Honda. He enjoys helping people find the right vehicle for their needs. Kai has an Associates Degree in Computer Science and has special training in Digital Marketing. Kai is from right here in Pittsburgh, PA where he still resides! When he isn't at work, Kai enjoys listening to music, traveling and reading non-fiction books.

Alex joined the Dean Honda Sales Team in July 2024. Alex is born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to coming to Dean Honda he was a casino supervisor for 10+ years. His favorite part of the job is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all of his customers. He is a proud girl dad and husband. When he isn't at work he is playing hockey, golfing and being a cheer dad.

Dan is a product specialist here at Dean Honda. Dan used to work in the casino industry at Rivers Casino for the last 15 years and is excited to explore new challenges in the sales world. Dan was born and raised in Pittsburgh and currently resides in McCandless, Pa. When he isn't working he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah and their pet cats, traveling, golfing and watching football and hockey.

Amy has been with Dean Honda since 2013, qualifying internet leads. She provides quick response, gathering more information and scheduling appointments to help customers find the right Honda match for their needs. She enjoys the interaction, and selling the product honestly because she believes in the Company and the brand. Amy has a business degree from IUP and 13 years of experience in the banking industry. She is a big Steelers fan and "Pittsburgh proud." Amy grew up in Mount Oliver and is now a resident of Baldwin, where her two children keep her busy with school sports.

In her role as the Dean Honda receptionist, Peggy assists and guides customers to the correct sales associate or department. Prior to joining the Dean Honda team, Peggy worked as a receptionist at Tri-Star Motors in Blairsville, PA. She really enjoys working with the close knit, respectable family business Dean Honda provides. She always looks forward to coming to work and greeting the customer with a smile and helping them with their needs. Born and raised in Blairsville PA, Peggy now resides in Jefferson Hills, so she can be close to her daughter, son-in-law, and grandsons. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading, gardening, fishing, kayaking, and spending time with her family.

Gilbert sees his job as "getting people into new Honda vehicles and treating them like family." He enjoys meeting people and providing customer service perfection. Gilbert has been with Dean Honda since early 2013. He graduated from LaRoche College on the Dean's List with credentials in business management, marketing, and leadership. He is 100 percent certified through Honda. When he's not at the shop, Gilbert and his wife do volunteer work in the West Mifflin community. He enjoys riding moto-cross, fishing, and hunting. He is a big Penguins, Pirates, and Steelers fan.

Fred has been with the Dean Auto Group for 5 years now. He started with us as a Service Advisor, promoted to Manager of our Pre-Owned location (Dean Honda in Pittsburgh) moved on to become the General Manager of CDJR of Greenville and is now back at Dean Honda as the Service Manager. Fred loves working for a family owned business. He loves that he gets to meet new people every day and get them in the perfect vehicle. Fred attended Grove City College where he got a degree in business management and played football. He has 10+ years of sales and management experience. When Fred isn't at work he loves spending time with his wife, kids and lifting weights.

With over 17 years of experience as a Service Advisor, John has been providing superior customer care at this location for the past 3 years now. Some of his main roles as Service Advisor are to greet customers, estimate vehicle repair costs, place orders, schedule appointments, and much more. When it comes to being Service Advisor, John says, “I like dealing with and helping customers on a daily basis.” Prior to working at Dean Honda, John was an Automotive Technician for 12 years! When John isn’t working, you can most likely catch him in the great outdoors or rooting for The Penguins with his spouse and two children!

Matthew (Matt) works in the Dean Honda Service Department as a Consultant, where he provides customers with reliable and courteous service. He enjoys learning about Honda vehicles and how they actually work. Prior to joining the Dean Honda team, Matt gained more than 20 years of sales experience and owned his own sales distributorship business for 15 years. In his time off, Matt can be found boxing, playing baseball, and spending time with his many nieces and nephews. He is also an active member of the Arbor Day Foundation.

Mark is a Service Advisor here at Dean Honda. He has been in the Automotive Industry for over 40 years. Mark is from Baldwin Township but currently resides in Heidelberg.

Robert is our Service BDC Representative here at Dean Honda! He enjoys working with customers and his co-workers every day. Before switching to the automotive industry, Rob worked in banking for 25 years. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh and currently resides in Upper St. Clair. When he isn't at Dean Honda he volunteers with his church and enjoys walking, fishing and golfing.

Amanda joined Dean Honda as an Express Service Writer since October 2017 where she assisted our Express Lane service customers with their repairs. She is now working at our Pre-Owned location. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies and has worked in customer service for over eight years. She also volunteers at the Brentwood Library, organizing the library collections. When not at work, Amanda enjoys camping, reading and traveling.

John is in charge of managing the parts operations at Dean Honda. He has worked in the automotive industry for 34 years and he has worked with Honda dealers for the past 30 years. He has received training in people handling skills, team building, parts and service operations. He lives in Castle Shannon with his wife, dog "pug" that everyone in Shannon loves and their cat Bailey who can be seen being pushed around in his stroller by John's wife. His favorite sports teams are the Penguins, Steelers and Pirates. He also enjoys golfing and fishing in his spare time.

Jay helps to ensure that the Dean Honda Service Department has the parts necessary to run smoothly and efficiently. In his role as a Parts and Accessories Consultant, he handles parts for the shop and body shop, as well as sells and orders parts. He enjoys the family atmosphere at Dean Honda. Prior to joining the Dean Honda team, Jay attended Robert Morris College, worked as a Brewer for Iron City Beer and in Masonry Construction. He is a member of the Bricklayers Union and the Brewers Union. When he is not at work, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, spending time outdoors and playing and coaching sports.

Giovanni (Gio) is one of our Parts counter associates here at Dean Honda. He helps out where ever he is needed in parts. He likes working at Dean Honda because it is a family owned business. Gio has special training in operating a fork lift and electrical work. Gio is from Pittsburgh and currently resides in Jefferson Hills. He has 3 dogs, 2 parents (one of which also works in our parts department), 1 sister and 1 bearded dragon. In his free time he enjoys hockey, pickleball and lifting.
